7. Damaged or Lost Shipments

7.1. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos as proof. 7.2. If your shipment is lost, please contact us immediately. After verification, we will either resend the product or issue a refund.

8. Parcel Opening Video Requirement

8.1. Customers must take a video of the parcel opening from start to end to raise any complaints. 8.2. For damages or size issues, returns will be accepted. Once the return is received and verified, the refund will be processed without the shipping charges.

9. Undeliverable Packages

9.1. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the delivery, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.
