- Customers must take a video of the parcel opening from start to end to raise any complaints. 1.2. Certain items are non-refundable, including:
- Sale or clearance items.
- Customized or personalized products.
- Innerwear, socks, and other hygiene-sensitive items.
2. Initiating a Refund Request

- Product details.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Supporting photos or videos (including the parcel opening video). 2.2. Once your request is received, we will review it and provide a response within 3 business days.
3. Return Process

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item sent).
4. Refund Processing

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit. You will need to provide your bank account details for the transfer. 4.4.
